Amber Bartlett, with a BS in Healthcare Administration from Purdue and credentials as a BHA and LNHA, brings 20 years of long-term care experience. She started as a CNA and advanced through roles like Supervisor of Support Services and Assistant Administrator. Amber is dedicated to improving care, empowering her team, and making a meaningful impact on residents and staff.

Elizabeth Gamble, a Registered Nurse and graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology, began as a unit manager before becoming a Director in 2014. She supports her nursing team, fosters a positive work environment, and empowers nurses to deliver exceptional care in a collaborative atmosphere.

With 40+ years of experience in nursing and management, Jean Shultz holds a Diploma in Nursing from Williamsport Hospital and a BSN from Indiana University, PA. Her career includes roles in hospital settings, education, endoscopy unit management, and leadership as Unit Manager, ADON, and DON. She finds fulfillment in enhancing residents' quality of life through collaboration with families.

Andrea Mertz holds an MS in Occupational Therapy and a BS in Psychology/Sociology. She began her career in subacute rehab, later becoming an amputee specialist. Passionate about older adults, she developed fall prevention programs and wheelchair modifications. As a rehab director, Andrea focuses on improving therapy services, mentoring her team, and enhancing resident outcomes.

Kelly Mangle, a Licensed Practical Nurse with an Associate Degree in Healthcare Administration, has 25 years of healthcare experience. She spent 15 years as a floor nurse before transitioning to admissions, gaining expertise in Medicare, Managed Care Insurance, and Medicaid. Kelly enjoys guiding families through admissions, building relationships, and supporting residents during transitions.

Stevie Page has been with the team since 2012, starting as a CNA and advancing to Unit Coordinator and Admissions. With extensive experience in Insurance and Medicaid, she supports residents and families. Stevie enjoys learning, hearing residents' life stories, and takes pride in seeing the positive impact on their lives.

With a BS in Sociology and Psychology from Lycoming College, Jana Bennett has 20 years of experience in social services. She supports residents' psychosocial well-being, advocates for their rights, and assists with mental health care, discharge planning, and hospice coordination. Jana enjoys working with diverse staff, residents, and families, learning valuable life lessons along the way.

With over 30 years of experience, Carol Hugo holds a BSW with a minor in psychology. Her background includes mental health services, hospice care, and long-term care. Carol takes joy in making residents feel at home, meeting their needs, and creating a welcoming environment. She enjoys serving meals with a personal touch and values her team's camaraderie.

Bethany Thone holds a BS in Human Development & Family Studies from Penn State and is an Activity Professional Certified (APC). After a decade in special education and home health care, she joined our facility in 2020 as an activities assistant, becoming Director a year later. Bethany’s favorite part of her job is bringing joy to residents and cherishing the relationships she builds.
